Preservatives (Biocides):Our company provides high-performance antimicrobial preservatives imported from Japan, breaking through the limitations of traditional preservation. With a low dosage, it achieves broad-spectrum sterilization and is perfectly compatible with water-based systems such as glazes and printing inks. It significantly extends the storage cycle of glaze slips and provides a perfect solution to common summer challenges like fermentation and sedimentation. This effectively shortens production downtime and enhances workshop efficiency.
Rheology Modifiers:The rheology modifiers we provide achieve intelligent control of "high-shear low-viscosity, and low-shear high-viscosity" through advanced thixotropic properties. During the glazing process, fluidity is significantly improved to effectively prevent sagging. Once dried, the glaze layer's strength is enhanced, ensuring superior uniformity even in multi-layer glazing applications.
Quartz Family:We offer a curated selection of imported high-purity quartz sand in various particle sizes, refined through a rigorous triple process of magnetic separation, acid washing, and grading to ensure high gloss. When paired with our ultra-fine quartz powder and formulated with feldspar in precise ratios, the hardness, wear resistance, and acid/alkali resistance of the glazed surface are significantly improved.
