Introduction

1. Interfacial Chemical Mechanism of Electrolytes

The stability of the slurry directly determines the density of the Green Body.

Application of DLVO Theory: By introducing specific Electrolytes, we can effectively adjust the Zeta potential of particle surfaces to generate sufficient electrostatic repulsion, preventing particle agglomeration.  

Research indicates that through the application of composite electrolytes, slurry solids content can be increased to over 70% while maintaining extremely low shear stress. This high-solid-content Casting Slip significantly reduces volumetric shrinkage during subsequent drying, effectively preventing cracks.  


2. Precision Regulation of Rheological Properties and Defect Suppression

Optimization of Rheological Curves: We use rheometers to quantitatively assess the shear-thinning behavior of the slurry. An optimal additive ratio grants the slurry a yield stress at rest to prevent coarse particle sedimentation, while ensuring excellent flowability under high-pressure injection.

According to research from 'Ceramic Materials and Components for Engines', a deviation of just 0.1% in additive concentration can cause fluctuations in slurry viscosity exceeding 20%. Utilizes real-time conductivity monitoring systems to ensure the Formulation remains in the optimal stability zone, maximizing the reduction of Glaze Defects such as Pinhole or Blister.
